Something’s Brewing by Ruchi Chandra Verma is a cute and innocent love story of two hard-working young millennials who fell in love with each other in a lift. The author had wonderfully covered the current day romance and relationship.
After reading Ray of Hope by Ruchi Chandra Verma and Payal Dedhia, I fell in love with the author’s writing style. So when I came across this book I immediately downloaded it and finished it in one go.
Yug Kapoor is the handsome CEO of the company. He is a good-hearted and well-mannered man. Due to some bad experiences from the past, he didn’t want to fall in love again. When he met Turvi the first time he immediately fell for her but his dilemma was stopping him from accepting his feelings.
Turvi Sood is a hard-working girl who is passionate about her app and coding. She is sweet and mature. She understands her emotions and respects people around her. I loved the way she bonded with her friends.
I love the friendship between Turvi, Daksh, and Rehaan. The three of them are best friends who together started a startup.
I enjoyed reading Turvi and Yug’s romance. Turvi’s trust in love and Yug’s confusion make this book an interesting read. Although the book is short but it’s full of romance. The author has gloriously described the city of Paris. I felt like I was roaming in Paris while reading it.
The book is loaded with love and emotions and flows nicely. Although the story is predictable it is the emotions that make this story super cute and special. The attractive cover and interesting title give full justice to the flow of the story.
This book revolves around current-day love affairs and friendships. If you love reading contemporary romances then I will highly recommend you to read Something’s Brewing by Ruchi Chandra Verma.

Turvi Sood first time came face to face with Yug Kapoor in the lift of her office building. She immediately felt the attraction to him. After meeting in the lift they again met in Turvi’s office.
Yug was the owner of the company and had come to do business deals with Turvi Sood and her two partner friends.
Like Turvi, Yug too had felt the attraction. To explore his feelings he planned a work trip to Paris with her. While roaming and exploring the magnificent Paris they fell in love with each other.
Although Turvi was sure of her feelings towards him. But, Yug was confused and not ready for a relationship because of his past experience while dating Sania.
